A crypto payment processing product that lets online merchants accept crypto payments and gives users a widget for exchanging crypto, using ramp flows, passing verification, and completing payment online. I worked on the widget UI, onboarding, compliance states, payment flow, and admin monitoring interface.
Online merchants that want to accept crypto need more than a wallet address at checkout. They need a predictable payment flow, clear conversion logic, user verification, wallet risk checks, transaction statuses, and an operational dashboard for support and monitoring.
We designed a crypto processing experience with an embeddable checkout widget, ramp and exchange flows, KYC onboarding, wallet screening, payment confirmation, and an admin dashboard. The product helps users pay with crypto online while giving merchants and operators the tools to track and manage every transaction.
I designed the user-facing widget, account creation and verification flow, payment information step, wallet risk-checking screens, and the admin dashboard. I also worked on the visual system so the product could support complex financial states in both customer and operational interfaces.
The experience is split into two connected layers: a compact checkout widget for users and a dense dashboard for operators. The widget keeps each payment step focused and understandable, while the dashboard exposes transaction data, statuses, risk signals, and operational controls for processing teams.
The widget starts with the exchange or payment direction. Users choose currencies, review the amount and fees, and understand the conversion before starting the transaction. This step sets expectations before any account or payment details are requested.
For regulated flows, users create an account and pass KYC before completing the transaction. The goal was to make verification feel like a clear part of the payment process instead of a sudden interruption.
The product verifies whether a wallet is associated with risky activity such as fraud, laundering, or restricted sources before allowing an exchange or payment. This creates a visible compliance layer while keeping the user informed about why a transaction may need additional checks.
Users enter payment details, confirm the transaction, and proceed through the final exchange or online checkout step. The screen is designed to reduce uncertainty around amounts, destination, fees, and transaction status before the payment is submitted.
The admin dashboard gives operators a way to monitor transactions, exchange activity, user verification, and payment statuses. It supports the processing side of the product: tracking what happened, identifying blocked or risky cases, and helping merchants resolve payment issues.
The final concept connects the customer checkout experience with the operational processing layer behind it. Users get a guided crypto payment and ramp flow, while merchants and operators get the visibility needed to manage online crypto payments safely and reliably.
