A redesign concept created for the official Wallet in Telegram design contest. The task was to reimagine the main screen for iOS and Android while keeping the experience simple, aligned with Telegram aesthetics, and understandable for users discovering crypto for the first time.
Wallet in Telegram asked designers to rethink the main screen with stronger access to core actions: sending, funding, exchanging crypto, P2P Market, bank card withdrawal, QR scanning, and settings. The brief also required two TON Space states, support for more assets, and space for new features, giveaways, and promo campaigns.
The existing wallet experience needed to serve both simple everyday crypto operations and more advanced TON Space scenarios. For first-time crypto users, too many financial actions, asset types, and campaign entries can quickly become difficult to scan and understand.
I redesigned the main screen as a clearer command center for Wallet in Telegram. The concept separates the main wallet and TON Space, highlights high-frequency actions, keeps assets easy to access, and introduces dedicated space for promotions without overwhelming the primary financial tasks.
I worked on the concept, information architecture, screen hierarchy, interaction ideas, and visual direction. My focus was to make the wallet feel native to Telegram while improving readability, navigation, and confidence for users who may be interacting with crypto for the first time.
The design balances Telegram-native simplicity with fintech-level clarity. I prioritized a stable top-level structure, visible primary actions, clear wallet and TON Space separation, compact asset performance, and promotional content that remains discoverable without taking over the main screen.
The main screen introduces a toggle between Wallet and TON Space, makes QR scanning more visible, and separates primary action buttons so users can quickly send, fund, exchange, and navigate to key features. I also added portfolio performance, per-asset change over selected periods, promo banners, a swipe gesture for quick address copy, and a floating action button that appears on scroll.
The final concept turns the wallet home screen into a clearer entry point for crypto inside Telegram. It supports beginner-friendly navigation, separates custodial wallet and TON Space scenarios, keeps growing asset lists manageable, and creates room for future product campaigns without losing the focus on core wallet actions.
